To order your refills on-line, CLICK HERE, simply fill out the form and press the Submit
button. Please include all information. If you would like for us to deliver your refill, please check the box and let us know the best time. If your label shows “No Refills,”
we will be glad to call your doctor but please check the box “Please call my doctor.”
If your request is received by 12 Noon we will have your prescription ready by the close of
business. If received after that time, it will be ready the next day. If you would like to be notified by e-mail that your prescription is ready, please check that box. If you would like us to call,
please check that box. Thank You.
